Take a big deep breath and repeat after me... I am a Goddess I am a Goddess I am a Goddess.
It's a bit of a mantra for the women in my office, and the women in my social circle, and the women in my home. In fact for almost every woman I know. As mantra's go, it's surprisingly effective. Gets you through some seriously rough times, comes in very handy at interviews (just don't say it out loud) and gives an added boost to a night out.
All women are Goddesses. It doesn't matter what size or shape or age or ability. There's a Goddess for every instance, every time, and every one. There's a Goddess in you.
